About

Technology consulting rooted in values & responsibility.

EthosShift is a technology consultancy focused on designing values-led, sustainable systems.

I work with mission-driven leaders, founders, and organizations who understand that technology decisions are never neutral — and that long-term success depends on building systems that are defensible, durable, and aligned with human values.

Most organizations don't fail because of bad intentions. They fail because their systems were built without sufficient consideration for scale, sustainability, and impact. EthosShift exists to close that gap.

How I Got Here

EthosShift was founded out of lived experience and professional necessity.

After years working in complex technical environments, I saw the same patterns repeat: systems optimized for speed over care, scale over sustainability, and efficiency over people.

As a technologist, I experienced first-hand how poorly designed systems create unnecessary friction, exclusion, and burnout — even when they are technically "successful."

EthosShift was built to offer an alternative: technology leadership that integrates systems thinking, ethics, and long-term responsibility from the start.

I don't offer generic best practices. I help you design systems that fit your reality and values — whether you're building from scratch or re-aligning existing systems.

Who This Is For

EthosShift works best with people who are ready to move beyond performative ethics and into intentional system design.

People and organizations who understand that:

  • values show up in architecture
  • sustainability is a systems property
  • direction matters as much as execution
  • technology that can grow without burning people out
  • systems that support sustainability rather than undermine it
  • clarity in complex technical and ethical decision-making

The goal is always the same: technology that holds up ethically, technically, and humanly.
